Long life is yours for the asking.It only calls for planning. 1. A good diet with healthy proteins, minerals and less oil and fat. Preffered diet is vegetarian. No meat, eggs, alcohol,smoking. 2. Always be active . have u noticed retired people die faster. but retired active people live longer. 3. Its all in the mind. 4. A vigorous and active sexual life keeps the mind active. 5. lots of friends, lots of laughter , is also a postive sign 6. many more tips to follow. watch my space ...
